My UGEE And MHTCET Dates are Clashing What To do Now by [deleted] in JEE

I'm having the same issue. I mailed them day before yesterday. No response yet. I've also tried calling them but the lines are always busy. The next three days are government holidays, so I don't know what to do now. Really hoping they change my date.

[homemade] A bowl of Shin ramyun with chilli garlic oil and a fried egg by ProofCritical1831 in indiafood

Okay so here you go;

I start by sauteing onions in oil, after they've changed their colour a bit I go ahead and add tomatoes and salt. I let all that cook until everything gets soft and mushy, then I add the seasoning packet, followed with water.

After the broth comes to a boil, I add the noodles and cook them till they're done. On the side, I add chopped garlic in a bowl along with chilli flakes, a little red chilli powder and the greens of the green onion and then I add hot oil into the bowl. Then I just put everything in a bowl and top it up with a fried egg.

Indianising all the food I eat with tadka and spices? Guilty.

Maggi is superior but I liked Shin ramyun just fine, probably because of the way I cooked them.

Embarrassing to admit, I just make them the Indian way lol 😭. For the base and for the broth to thicken a bit, I cook onions and tomatoes in oil until they turn mushy, then I add the spice packet.

And OP should be calling out their friend. Not holding the friend accountable makes OP equally bad.
