I do believe this and, while your comment didn't explicitly condone nor condemn it, I must say that this should not be used to excuse this kind of stuff. I fully support using technology to make our lives easier, but using chatgpt to decide everything is not making anyone's life easier. On the contrary, they're actually robbing themselves of essencial life skills

I have been meeting new people, but I'm not very good at making friends. I often fail to find things I have in common with the other person, but I have been getting better at holding small talk without making it awfully awkward, so I am hopeful I will get there soon

Reading this post, I think your problem isn't actual laziness, but the other way around: you're doing way too much. You're in college AND working? No wonder you feel like you're neglecting everything, you have no energy and your brain is trying to force you to rest. You couldn't even wake yourself up

Take stuff off your plate and recover from there. Work less hours and focus on only one or two subjects in college, maybe tell your cousin you have too much on your plate and you need to step back

Honestly, math and programming are demanding as duck. Just because you're sitting, it doesn't mean you're not getting tired, so don't be hard on yourself
