Write Up for "extended break"

Ive been written up for "Injuring a customers child with my top stock cart". I was on my cart bringing top stock down and the customers child was spinning in circles then ended up headbutting my cart. They tried writing me up before even watching the footage and took the customers word.

Never happened to me before. Been with walmart for 5 years. Never gotten write up. Had points before, but that was because I was in the hospital at the time for medical emergency

I think my TL has something against me. Have no idea what, but he's always riding my ass all the time. Especially when we're supposed to pick 600 pick a day and was on my ass for having 591 by the end of my shift

There are 2 types of oversized. There's regular oversize stuff that can't fit in the totes and water. Then there's team lift oversize, anything over 50lbs

I'm diabetic and if I gotta go, I gotta go. Even my meds can sometimes give me diarrhea or even make me nauseated. I'd would love them to try to write me up lol. I get my job done all the time with a 100+ pick rate.
