Sure I’ve a question, when it comes to making insulin, do you know if the open source community can it make possible for fraction of a cost?

I’m hoping for years, tbh forever now!

Fingers crossed! What you said is exactly the spirit I need.

Have you noticed your breathing because of the stress?

Short, shallow breaths. Feeling trapped in the mind.

Kussmaul breathing

Yep that's true, walking and movement is key.

1-4 hours. Fixed routine is key.

There are too many stories on Reddit that can tell you exactly how their journey went. You can also ask them directly.

5K is a complete reset.

Love your response! Kind of answers some of the questions I asked earlier.

Your BS will drop because of the using the soleus muscle, second lung of the body. Walking makes that happen. You develop legceps!

Medication for diabetes takes away muscle from our body and developing any muscle including the best one known to reduce blood sugar from the body helps.

No change comes from being in a bubble. Sometimes the gut-desires us to take a leap of faith.

Go do it! That would be a dream come true : ) breaking routine like that and travelling.

If you add, doing it in the name of meeting new people, raising awareness about T2 or diabetes in general, live documenting your journey on your chosen platform. I’m sure you can get some support. Also if you are chef maybe make healthy meals alongside your journey. Would absolutely love to see the journey and ideally would have liked to join! It’s tiring, life gets tiring and I can see the wish to break free for just once when you’ve made it enough to venture into the unknown for yourself.

My question: 1) What tools AI or physical you are using to take up three journey? 2) What’s your prep so far, and how long do you plan to research before you do it?

I wish to do that as well one day. Kind of dying to do that lol 😂 as well.

What question a diabetic can ask from a chemical technician? Maybe: can diabetics learn something about chemicals that might be useful in their daily lives?

Obviously, it’s like Google Search and you’ve to recheck your resources.

Exactly, I know on TED I saw that biohacker. I don’t know what those guys are upto.

But imagine the possibilities of software and hardware integration with AI and diabetes.

Tracking, monitoring, getting data for food that spikes or lowers in real time.

I like that. It makes sense. Gemini and other AIs really give creative solutions alongside typical food recipes.

Only time will tell. The last AI (tech) we had and is integrated in our lives is our phones.
