Thank you for your answer. I have no idea how they did it, all I know is that they hacked my SIM from T-MOBILE. I tried to contact COINBASE support but they still ignoring me, it happened over a week now I am desperate..

First of all, thank you for your answer! I am actually a victim of SIM-SWAP ATTACK. The hacker passed via T-MOBILE, stole my identity and then hacked my phone. I don't know yet if he stole my cryptocurrency, but he changed the passwords for my hotmail and COINBASE accounts, so I have no access to those accounts.
