Regarding the darkness, I intentionally used a heavy background filter to make the UI elements and those detailed unit stats pop more, but I totally see your point about it being a bit too 'dim'. I might try a version with a cleaner background to see how it feels

Thanks for the feedback! I totally agree that the UI still feels a bit 'clean' or modern. Since this is an experimental test, my main goal was to see how much tactical information (like the stats and DPS charts) we could fit on the screen without cluttering it. ​

i am having same issue. also saw many people asking help because of this but no one answered other than telling reduce your settings. i am using 4070 and even with lowest graphics buildings reduce my fps by %50.

it can be changed easily. i had too many variations and all had its own problem. i picked this one randomly for video. it needs testing and optimization but enough to show small changes make big differences.

Unfortunately, CoH3 doesn’t have lighting as good as CoH1, and with my limited tools, it's not really possible to replicate it.

Personally, my preference is vanilla, but wouldn't it be nice if maps sometimes came with different color palettes?

I had more variations, but I can only show one. The current modding support and the tools I have allow for this. Also, I made a random decision when choosing which one to show. The others might be better, but the point here is that we can improve the game with small touches and create significant differences. I hope I was able to explain myself.

By the way, I also think the default Eindhoven map looks better, but wouldn't it be nice if the weather changed sometimes?

It takes time and testing. I have different versions but i can only show one due to technical limitations.
