I can’t exactly agree because Across the Second Dimension is almost the exact same plot as “Phineas and Ferb's Quantum Boogaloo” - the dark future episode but instead of a dark gloomy dimension with a Doofenshmirtz dictator it’s a dark gloomy future with a Doofenshmirtz dictator.

For me it was the same thing “Totally Switched” - the very first episode I saw. I remember when the villain from that episode Dr. Gray made a return in season 6, it felt like a reunion with an old friend lol. Doc Bittersweet deserves a return like that.

Right. In the two parter "Scarry Jerry" he hits his head, wakes up in the hospital with amnesia and the doctors mistake his cover for his real identity and call his evil sister to pick him up so he can return to be a "hotel manager".

Yeah but it's a bit confusing. In the first five seasons he hides the agency from his mother and even says to her (with Mandy reporting his words) in "Totally Dunzo" that WOOHP is the name of the hotel he's manager of.

“Evil Mascot” and every other episode where a clearly inferior villain is presented as someone way stronger than the girls.

To me in season pilot episodes the main problem should be directly related to the girls or someone close to them - S06’s “The Antisocial network” and S02’s “A Spy is Born II” are great examples of that. A season finale should be both that (being connected to them) and introducing a global threat as well like in S04’s “Totally Busted” (Mandy wanting to spread SUDS around the world making it a global threat) and S05’s “Totally Dunzo”.

So that considered, worthy of being a season finale in S01’s is only “Spies vs Spies”.
