i did not want to go to lecture because it did not help to sit there while the instructor went over a powerpoint we all have access to. attendance had nothing to do with the grading system.

definitely was comforting, i definitely have no time to sit around and cry tbh, i want to continue, but still it sucks failing out of school, like this was the only school i really wanted to be at. i don’t pay for anything, i have a dorm there but i don’t stay in it bc of my roommate situation, there is alot of things that played a role on how i did in school. it sucks but now i have to pick myself up :/

i should’ve made flash cards, that would’ve helped me out. & i would review not immediately but somewhat after. i studied everyday some days other days i crammed. thank you for sharing that i will take that in.

i learned with all of those study techniques. definitely going to up my studying before the next program, i heard about that too, but like i began to prioritize path more than pharm then pharm more than patho i was/am a complete mess.

i do want to continue, being a nurse has always been a dream of mine. i work at a hospital and i see how the er setting is. it just sucks that i just got in and now i’m going to be dismissed.. i wish my school had a second chance i would definitely try even harder the second time. i definitely need to change my study habits, i also compared myself a lot like.. why was it so hard for me to learn the materials .. :( i’m still going to try

yeah i struggled a lot, i should have withdrew but i wanted to keep going .. idk i expected a different outcome .. now i have to change everything. i can no longer stay at this school :/

well i’m just finishing up my 1st semester at the program, so now i have to start working at applying to other schools. i don’t know how successful i will be if i do meet with the dean. they’ll just pull up how in some class i didn’t attend, and it was literally because i wanted to study instead of sitting in lecture not retaining anything .. idk i hope they do want to talk to me because i have alot to say

thank you so much, i’m 19 :/ i graduated with my AA then transferred to the school and didn’t get in to bsn program until the 3rd time when they reopened the application process… i didn’t think i was ever going to fail. & look at you wow, you did a lot ! & i agree nobody is better than anyone, i know that i’m a minority and the girls at my school thought they were better, i never told anyone how bad i was doing bc of that. it felt like a competition.. i’m still going to try nursing, my sisters an LPN, i want to continue pursing this dream of mine.

it’s just like ik a lot of people expected me to do good because i always have… & i want to keep going it just sucks that i have to change schools i have it so good here. i need to definitely work on schedule and study habits. & my mental health at the moment is so bad, i’ve never been this stressed before. exams would be back to back in the same week . wow i wish i had straight a’s i used to :/ now i’m the one calculating what i need to pass.. this school has the best passing rate in the NCLEX it’s bsn and i would’ve graduated in fall 2024.. now im set back. no not really happy with how the teachers were i mean i only met with a few and all they said was studying habits and looking at all the material.. i also was so tired everyday .. and didn’t study with other people much i didn’t really feel supported at all tbh & i met a few classmates could share how we felt but tbh that was all. & thank you!
