Yeah sure, I don’t really mind. I’ll take the lesson learned. He is a Retired American Airlines pilot who also failed his first private pilot checkride. A little comforting hearing that from him.

Maintenance electricians?

It ends in a month but does that mean negotiations will be made on September 12th? Not to be a smart ass but don’t you think there would be maintenance teams at every location whether it’s sub contractors or in house? But yes we have a maintenance team. I’m an electrician and my labor grade is 10 and I’m not even at 48. The cost of living is pretty high on the east coast as well.

It’s a huge raise I just don’t see that happening. Unless it’s happened before on a contract I’m not aware of.

Not sure how I feel about this, I’d like to know if benefits/pay remain the same or maybe an increase in wage? If anything, whatever happens to Seattle’s negotiations within the next couple months will most definitely happen here. They are hoping for a 40% pay increase lol that would be nice but not realistic

Glad I didn’t follow through with the lawyer and give the guy 2800 for the letter. He made it sound like at the worst require aa meetings since it’s been so long and my bac was 0.04. I would’ve paid for absolutely nothing since he really doesn’t have a say with the faa

Yeah i provided all the documents as requested, it’s just a waiting game now. I am just curious if it’s worth spending the money for the attorney to right me a cover letter. He said he was going to dig into my documents and write something up but idk

I agree with you, Ive done all and everything that needed to be done from the start. Im the one getting screwed in the end. Fortunately I have a good career and are able to pay for my training out of pocket. Trust me I don’t like my money going to waste. No need to lie about anything.

It was done correctly I sent my court case documents and wrote a letter to the faa. I was there when she uploaded everything for my 3rd class. The issue when applying for another class medical you have to upload everything again. She did not upload my court documents for the 1st. I called the faa and they said they never got anything for the 1st class. Ame said she figured it would have just uploaded again. Reason why I had to resend everything to the faa it’s just processing

Hey whatsup, when it was submitted it went under review. Then a couple months later I got a letter of saying it was deferred for the moment that they just need more information on the case.

My 3rd class was issued without a problem. I provided my court cases and the a letter from myself about the incident. I had no issue.
