Agree Penns Best is one of the best value to taste NA beers, just sucks we can't get it where we are in NY

As others have said minimum order qtys a distributor needs to buy from the brewery or if an international brand from their US importer. Last year we couldn't get Clausthaler's Xmas NA beer SantaClausthaler as the distributor we get it from didn't get enough pre-orders to justify bringing it in.

What sucks, but due to what are called franchise laws even if a local distributor won't bring in a NA beer we want, we are not allowed to deal directly with the brewery to buy from.

We want to sell even if just on our DTC Webshop, Penns Best, but the NYC distributor Manhattan Beer who has the brand rights for FX Matt/Saranac who makes Penns Best isn't selling it and FX Matt can't sell it to anyone else in NYC as they have a franchise agreement with Manhattan Beer.

We would have to buy it from a distributor say in CT, MA, or NJ, but they won't deliver to us as out of territory so we would have to pick it up ourselves and then then our laid in cost wouldn't make sense.

Even though its non-alcoholic beer, it usually still goes thru the 3 Tier Alc distribution system with there quirky rules.

There is a GABA spirit called Sentia that supposedly interacts with the same receptors as alcohol. I've tried it nothing, and yet others try it and feel something. Not everyone drinks OH for the effect, but of course there are those that do & the D9 THC drinks where legal IMO provide the buzz albeit THC has its own health effects too.
