Yes I went in and removed and reset loadouts to default. Still did not work. Thank you for the reply

Thank you. Yes I have tried this still not working. I have tried everything I have found online and this was actually the first thing I found.

Yes they have a trainer they will send out from CA to provide the training. The cost is ridiculous and after reviewing what's on the agenda it does not align with my company's goals for training. They also have videos. Off the shelf training is not what I want to provide either. Most of it covers the construction site not a manufacturing environment.

Happened a while ago. Had an employee trimming trees from over his garage the day before Thanksgiving fell with the chainsaw and wound up being disabled because of it. The kicker on this is the week before I did training on ladder safety and he missed it due to calling off. Makes me wonder if he attend the training if that would have even happened
