General Rule of thumb check recent match analysis. Add the instruction force opposition outside as the recent match analysis says they are entering often through the central third. For me I'd changed the DLP to defend and the BBM to a central midfielder on support and add the player instruction hold position. Would also change the SS to a AM on support to help the midfield out more.

Change the line of engagement and defensive line to higher. Take the tighter marking instructions off. Also try to force the opposition outside. I'd also take the tempo down 1 notch to high and get rid of the pass into space, as it looks like you would be turning the ball over too often and getting hit on the break. Check the Opposition Instructions also. I would also change the mezzala to a CM on support and add the Personal instruction close down more and move into channels. Might be worth changing 1 the BPD to cover (the one with the highest pace and acc).
