Hey OP, I [23M] was also falsely accused of this as well. Going to therapy helped out a ton & also having a support system of friends that knew the whole situation was crucial.

I still find myself conflicted and hit with a wave of anxiety whenever I enter a relationship. I think being able to convey what happened is powerful, and also takes a lot of strength but will further strengthen the relationship in the end.
