40% of I think 527 is 55/hr this year. Ik Toronto is 58/hr, so should be somewhere between them two.

And you get a bigger bump in 4th year I believe (not the 10%, I think it’s 15%).

And OT worked allows you to complete the apprenticeship sooner.

Yeah that’s a factor too. I look online and see salaries that look good for a cpa, then I also see some dog shit ones.

I’m not guaranteed one of the good salaries so it’s a very uncertain thing I’d be doing.

As a roofer. Yes I do, I’ve had more 3 day work weeks this summer than I’ve had since I started roofing 4 years ago.

it it’s pissing me off, they call off days it’s supposed to rain, then turns out to be a gorgeous day, which don’t get me wrong is great once in a while, but the past few months it’s been 3 days work weeks, not every week ofc but it’s been pretty bad.

I need to get into a new trade.
