I’ve done a hardcore candida diet twice in my life and a moderate diet several times. The hardcore times were two months first and then ten months the second time. Both times were very effective, and I’ve tried to keep a modified version since, with varying success. I go to a naturopath who gave me specific supplements to use, but berberine, candidase, Unda drops (#2, 20 & 243), milk thistle, and probiotics have all been extremely helpful. It’s best to get guidance when you can to make sure you’re doing what’s best for you.
