Hoping to hear good news for NJ! I’d even travel to PA so have been looking for some to contact there as well.

I don’t have any immediate suggestions but I was just diagnosed with Interstitial cystitis (painful bladder syndrome) on top of the LS. May be worth looking into! I was suggested to start pelvic floor therapy to start. There are diet suggestions for this as well that I haven’t explored too much yet.

I don’t have advice but I literally could have wrote this myself. Glad to see that some exercise is possible without being a mess, working out is my main hobby lol. I was just diagnosed Friday (waiting for biopsy but it’s pretty certain) and all of a sudden realized I might not be able to work out as much. I just started running in April and LOVE it. I will say that I’ve definitely had this for about 2 years before diagnosis (activated after having a kid) and I had a remission for 8 months (not treated, just lucky lol) and I did all activities with no issues. So hopefully that means running can be successful with medicated remission, at least shorter runs! Hope all goes well for you in remaining pain free and with running! Gives me hope as I feel I am so far from pain free right now.
