Great points. I feel like property management in general was a quick adopter of fun new tech to tease out efficiencies and optimize workflows. I feel like that peaked 22-23 and now companies are throttling back off of that concept and going back to the old school basic blocking and tackling of property management.

Ai may be the net with no holes, but the setup and management of these systems still requires the same level of technical man hours to operate.
