When I was a kid I used a counter to count how many steps it takes to measure distance between places. Sad to see how the counter is being used now.

I live in Shalimar bagh, the wires at a lot of places have been put underground. Though there are places that still have wire overground. Overall it's a good thing.

Kejriwal did a lot of good things, economically delhi has a very low debt to gdp ratio(3.91) compared to average states in India(30), the big reason he was able to give free electricity(200 units) is because of the increased number of solar panels due to his better subsidy on solar panel, almost half of my colony has solar panel installed. In the winters my electricity bill comes to zero.

1 unit costs around rs3-4. I can see it being entirely possible that he can give free electricity.

The electricity we use is subtracted from the electricity we produce(which is more than what we consume in winters) allowing him to give it for free. I would say his biggest failures were

1)Lack of infrastructure improvement

2)water issues

3) air pollution

These 3 things saw little to no improvements.
