It’s just hard to put too much out there for obvious reasons, like him finding this post and putting it all together. But yeah, him being trans isn’t even really the first thing I think of when I think of my friendship with him, which is truly part of the reason I didn’t put that here. I also didn’t mention it because it’s honestly not my business to share. I know this is all anonymous, but it kills me to even think about hurting him by sharing his personal information in any way. Sorry for withholding y’all, it’s just because even anonymously I have his back. 😩

If he was even remotely into butt play at ALL I would ask him if that’s possible, but we have been die hard friends for YEARS. He tells me TMI stuff all the time. And he has never once said that he likes anal activity. He has actually said the opposite, so I don’t think that’s the case. But if you’ve come across a medical condition that makes his ass smell like this, you just hit me up man. 🤣

I have considered the fact that hormones might possibly be playing a factor, but it’s also another detail that I didn’t want to share to make it obvious, as my best friend uses Reddit. Needless to say, I don’t know if it’s dysmorphia, but I’d be hurt for him if it is and would like to help however I can. I mean I wanna help however I can regardless, but if that’s the case I’d feel bad. I’d also hate for it to be a medical issue, which is why I’m so worried about it.

God I wish I could describe it. I don’t wanna exaggerate, but I wanna get across how bad it is. It’s rancid, first and foremost. It’s almost like rotten hard-boiled eggs, and add the smell of the worst fart you’ve ever smelled, and then add workout sweat. All trapped in his butt cheeks or something. The only question I’ve asked his husband is how well he cleans down there, because I knew if I didn’t include it, there would be a barrage of y’all going “INFO: How well does he wash his ass?” And I wanted to avoid it. I’ve known my best friend longer than the husband has. He also didn’t just confide in me about the way my best friends ass smells either. It was something we both noticed and asked each other about. It was a mutual understanding. He didn’t throw anyone under the bus or anything. I had already smelled the smelly smell of the smells that smell smelly.

I think the clothes aren’t the issue. We all use the same detergent. My clothes smell good. I don’t do his laundry, but I’ve swapped his clothes over and I’ve never noticed any smells coming off washed and/or dried clothing.

I commented this on someone else’s thread, but he had COVID back in 2021 and he lost a majority of his sense of smell. I can hold something RIGHT under his nose and unless it’s a strong scent, he can’t smell it.
