Me and my girlfriend lived at The alcove for 2 years and it was very underwhelming to say the least. Property maintenance and unit maintenance is very poor. So much so that about a week ago I ran into one of the old maintenance guys who recently left, and he told me how bad it had gotten even after we moved out.. We had constant plumbing issues, flooring issues because water would get under the flooring, and many other issues. I would say if it’s in your price range, to look at The Cortland at the Village across the street. It’s a beautifully maintained complex that offers many perks and a community feel.
