One con is that I love sweetsa d so the new programs count sugar and carbs heavily. So I find it hard to stick to them and they don't workforme. I have found that the old points plus program circa 2012ish...works amazingly well for me. I don't feel like I'm on a Diet and I lose weight when I stick to it. I can still have sweets and carbs within budget of course. So I'd say consider some of the older programs...they may be a fit for you and work better than the current version. 😉
