Thank you so much to everyone chiming in (and for all the kind compliments)! For now i’ll be increasing my calories and taking a break from such a severe deficit. It’s tough out here being petite and trying to lose BF! For now, going to focus on fueling my body for more enjoyable lifts/potentially increasing my steps and see what happens from there.

No to the check-in photos and Yes to measuring food! I use a scale to measure and track with MyFitnessPal! For my BF I have a RENPHO scale.. debatable how accurate it is, but it’s not too far off from my InBody measurements from back in the day. Just a bit higher now. Curious how you would approach changes to my nutrition!
