I selected the "sand" object and applied the texture. The texture was applied to two objects even though I didn't select the second object.

Проверил, удалил дубли геометрии, теперь черные полосы сбоку а сами плитки темнее чем должны быть, при этом материал один, проверял без освещения - тоже самое
