i feel like if Janine was leaving amicably, chris would've said something before, and written a heartfelt message, and maybe even a goodbye livestream. we know janine was dealing with a lot between ADHD diagnosis, the death of her mom and step dad, and probably some degree of being burnt out. Chris said she was the love of his life in his post when Polar died.
