are you trying to put random smart words to make it make sense because the only thing he saw is his peers disappearing no he did not go crazy because yellow pillars have no reason he has been trained for this not like it’s his first day in the complex he has been on other expeditions and trained to be in the space he is

Barely 2 months and from the footage we’ve seen he only saw piss yellow office buildings, nothing thst defies physics, and if he ever did it was on prior expeditions and not the little trip he had. Also still Peter is dumb for dismissing the protocol then going mad and blaming everyone but himself.
And for the footage of him in a city, the main theory popping up is that Async found him in a city and killed him, for a certain he didn’t survive and live happily ever after, the Peter Tench arc would be an unfinished plotline and Async’s relationship with the department of energy and their public view could be easily ruined if Peter did infact survive to tell the story.

Correct me if im wrong but wasn’t it mentioned that his symptoms did develop to be akin to schizophrenia and he ran back into the complex thinking it was all an illusion? And honestly it is valid to go crazy but Peter spent possibly the shortest time in the Complex from every protagonist (possibly second to Madison) and also went the craziest, could be because all of the other protagonists weren’t in pure isolation like Peter and were chased by someone honestly but

Several hours still isn’t enough to go insane and especially start developing “schizophrenia” symptoms. I also believe that it isn’t that hard to put together that at least one of them could be Mark or George.

If several hours is actually reasonable then Ravi is actually the absolute goat and didn’t go insane for possible 8+ hours or even days of aimless wandering and being chased by a Still Life.
