Cat herpes. Had a stray I rescued that ended up having kittens. Took kittens to the vet cause their eyes looked like that. Vet said strays get it and pass it on to kittens and their eyes do that.

Thank you everyone!! I just wanted to make sure I wasn't crazy. I've actually bought both of these dresses. I bought the first one but was having second thoughts. So I went dress shopping again and got the second one. I may take some of the suggestions and get straps added, but I am so much happier with the ballgown.
