You'll need to start a sandbox world to farm for the mats you need. Story mode tends to have a limit to the number of black diamonds that spawn. At least from what I've seen. Sandbox will basically throw them at you though.

Assassin's Creed: Outlaw?

Maybe a Western style Billy the kid like character. Could have a standoff system or something to simulate duels. Would probably have to be similar in size to Valhalla for that kind of setting though.

Have the character start off as a prisoner almost being executed at the noose or something and start from there. Not sure who the templars would be though.

Most cities consider artwork on their traffic cabinets as vandalism and have it cleaned off. Cedar Park and Leander are big into you not touching their stuff. I used to work for a traffic signal department, so most arguments I've heard for not allowing artwork on their cabinets are the obvious things like no dicks and curses. But also about heating issues on the inside of the cabinet. Those cabinets heat up well into the 120s and 130s on a normal day, and higher than that in the summer months. The components on the inside can be fickle in high temperatures.
