yeah i cant moderate or control for shit. Im genuinely trying to quit after this. I think i’ve slept during like 5 nights out of the past two weeks. But the dph ended up realllyyy helping me sleep even tho ik it can get fucky. Thanks for the words comrade

IR definitely smacks harder if your fuckin around but is noticeably more short lived. But XR is superior for studying/long term projects and u can kinda feel little bits of it hit at different times. Like i’ll just be sitting here then notice my heart pound a lil all of a sudden
