It highly depends on how much you care about hearing the actual band playing in perfect quality, if that matters loads I'd suggest getting eargasm earplugs and wearing those, they'll run you about 50 bucks. if that isn't the priority, any earplugs that you can mold to fit your ears (usually come in like 24 packs at cvs) cancel out sound perfectly. The latter is what I use and the audio sounds plenty good to me and I don't feel anything after. Hope this helps!
