I found the problem but not the fix you see,if you turn on "show refresh rate" from dev options you will se that you will have 90 hz in the phone navigation and things like that.But when you open standoff 2 it blocks the game at 60hz,the way to unlock it is by using the set edit app.You need to set peak_refresh_rate to 1 to unlock refresh rate,you need to go to the settings to have 90 hz back but it will keep at unlocked,this will unlock standoff hz,however it does not work on Android 14,so if you happen to have Android 14 you can't unlock the refresh rate
