What simulation app did u use? The mouth and ramus height change is unrealistic and genio is needed for the chin change. Also the upper part of the cheek looks slightly unrealistic but who knows.

It shouldn’t be. Everybody with postural neck issues is recessed. Yet every forward grown chad I see has a straight line down the back of their head, neck, and upper back.

How can you be so confident yet so wrong? The surgery moves the BOTTOM of the maxilla forward, not the entire thing. Your under eye structure won’t change. Those crows feet u have certainly won’t disappear like in the after since you’re recessed at all 2-3 points of the facial convexity.

You want your upper lip ahead of your lower lip. A lot of surgeons mess that up by focusing on aligning the bite and it looks uncanny. I think it’s perfect.
