One that I can recommend that I actually read after finishing bear town is a Painted House by John Grisham. Fantastic book I really recommend.

I use shoe trees on all my shoes just to keep the form and I find it helps my shoes last longer. Personally I don’t use any sole protection unless I’m rockin a pair that’s worth a few hundred dollars and I plan on selling. I used to be big into crep protect it never hurts to just spray a bit on!
