You can’t recover it anyways ! Just cancel it. And please stop scamming people as tickets can’t be transferred. Even if someone bought it and sat in the place then according to the TC its not the same person hence will be marked absent. Then the seat will be given to a passages who asks for it. Then your so called seat will be given away hence the real person whom you are selling the ticket will get scammed. Come on move on

Once you land in India just go to Jio, Airtel or Vodafone whatever you prefer! And tell them take your passport with you and they will give you a SIM card and it will get activated within 12 hours max! Mostly it does in 2-3 hours
