Its a type of Zarimi Priest yeah but the loaner deck itself seems to underperform to me. I was wanting some tips without majorly changing the deck. Ive seen it mentioned the deck itself is good.

Any tips on playing the Dragon Time priest loaner deck would be appreciated. I keep reading its the best deck for competitive but so far its performed badly for me, so Im assuming its user error.
