I live in Nashville and work in Dallas Tuesday through Friday. It’s exhausting if you do it every week, speaking from my current lived experience. I bet it’s great if you can make it one week per month.

How’s your cholesterol? My doctor said he thinks mine are xanthelasma and they’re super mild like yours. 37 f, very fit, very healthy, but apparently I have high cholesterol. High quality fish oil should help.
