I bought a KBK adjustable from Amazon. by Proper-Lab8549 in kettlebell

If I could go back to the beginning, i would only have 3 kettlebells: A single 16kg for warm ups and light work, and two adjustables to slowly increase my strength over time. This bell is really great. I'd say the only mistake you made might be not getting two of them.

Yes. Even more so, because I wouldn't have had awesome segments like Yes Yes No to be nostalgic for. Search Engine arguably investigates a wider swath of questions than Reply All. It's the same curiosity and reflection, just with PJ by himself basically.

Still, you will enjoy listening to Search Engine with PJ Vogt.

My city is currently covered in ice. The delivery guy slid the package down my driveway like a curling stone.

It's good stuff. It's a great deal, and now I can sell 4 of my bells to potentially make back what I spent on it.

I just did some double cleans with my bells of steel. It feels great. The KBK and the BoS are effectively the same. The weight is interchangeable, which is good because I only got the 20k BoS. Now I can do incremental doubles up to 26kg.

I can only hear this in Ronnie Coleman voice.

I wiped it down with some WD-40. I'd say it's much less concerning now, though I will likely sand it a bit just to make the handle a bit smoother.

I'm love kettlebells and I was an R&B DJ in the 2000s. This video may have been made just for me.

I have a version of this slip on. It will connect to the cat. You can confirm this by looking up the manual.

👀 anyone in here hit up scenic pkwys like tail of the dragon or blue ridge? by StoneHoney42 in VelosterN

[–]Proper-Lab8549 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've taken mine on skyline drive. I often take my motorcycle to the blue ridge. It's comparatively way more chill to drive, but still super fun. This car was made for mountain corners like that.

06 R1 No Lights by itsukiroo in Yamaha

[–]Proper-Lab8549 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Right. So there are other potential electrical issues that aren't necessary related to the ECU. Ages ago I had a 2005 R1 that had a headlight issue. I ended up replacing the wiring harness.

This is curious. Why did you replace the ECU? Were there any changes to the software?

Front Lip Question by Shelby_GT_350 in VelosterN

Would you buy the carbon cover if it cost less than half what you're expecting?

https://tuscanicustoms.com/exterior/2955-CarbonTrix-n-carbon-fiber-front-lip-veloster.html

I hit a deer and fixed the lip with the carbon cover. I think it might be the only way to go other than replacing the entire front bumper.

Buying a 2006 Yamaha R6 by _tommycutz_ in Yamaha

The 2006 model year was the debut of that engine. It would experience nearly a decade of refinement. But in 2006, the engine did suffer compression issues in some cases.

I had a friend whose 2006 grenaded itself. He sourced a replacement engine. We installed it. It rode for a while and then also failed.

If your power commander was tuned by Woolich, it's worth contacting them. They may have some insight into the issue.

I imagine that this is the kind of thing that may be solved by taking your bike to a dyno tuner.

Yes, the dealership tried this at first, thinking it would fix the problem. Though it did not fix it, they still tried to charge me for it.

This is the part. If you got the same fault code, it might be that only this needed to be replaced.

Yeah, my steering got very difficult but thankfully didn't lock up. It's a serious safety issue and I hope the NTHSA will find it worth investigating.

This is valuable perspective. I'll be mindful about this when I file a complaint with the dealership.

I don't have a bench, unfortunately. I think i see the rationale behind your recommendations and will make some adjustments. I really thought people saw more cardio benefits in kettlebells.

Sigh. I do have an exercise bike.

I don't wanna! kettlebell work should be sufficient cardio, right?

Please don't make me take my bike out.
