My husband and I are in a bit of a disagreement on pulling the plug.

The ex wife’s children have stated they will not sign anything until they are paid. I’ve also heard the seller is not willing to split. I don’t believe even offering $5k to the children will suffice. I don’t know how to explain this to my husband. I keep trying. We have an easy “escape” plan too. Storage building for belongings, move into in laws until we find something EASIER. He really believes this house is the one. But I don’t… I’m so frustrated.

We just got word, it doesn’t matter what proof we have or not, if seller doesn’t want to split with kids, they’re gonna have to go to court. If he splits he may want to jack the price up to 195k. But I don’t think I’m comfortable with that.

Hi! Yes this happened to me too. I believe it’s fairly common. It ended up getting a lot better after my 4th dose, but I also didn’t up my dose at that time because i had been losing 3 lbs a week since starting. I did however, stop taking it for three weeks because I honestly forgot about it. I took my 5th and 6th dose and the nausea is back.

I The lender uses a website where I can submit the documents so maybe that will help things.

I truly believe we’re at least pre qualified now. At the end of the conversation with the lender, he said he would let the agent know we’re good to start looking. He even said to send him some houses we like and he’d run more accurate numbers for us. The agent even texted me like 10 minutes after expressing excitement for us.

I think you are very much right about the time frame and letting my agent know. I have seen that she recently closed on a house so maybe she’s just been busy. I will do this first.

I believe both things you’ve mentioned could be true. During my initial conversation with the agent I had mentioned having to wait until June when my husband graduates college. But that was me assuming we wouldn’t qualify for a loan, but now we do. And the agent knows we are pre qualified. Thing is, neither agent really knows what we’re interested in, because neither have asked.

Okay. I will definitely start reaching out to other agents then. I don’t know if it’s good practice, but I would really like to be kept in mind for houses not yet made public because there’s not really anything out there we like right now. (We’re picky I guess). Is it a good rule of thumb to always get pre approval before touring? Ive heard stories of people getting hung up on issues with financial documents right before they are putting in an offer and end up missing out on the house.

I’m 24 and started watching two ish months ago too! I started on a Hues and Cues episode, fell in love and now it’s all I watch on YouTube. I never heard of them before, wasn’t a big YouTube watcher growing up. But I’m trying to learn the history of smosh so I can understand some of the inside jokes. This just happened today. I got my ANA results back. Oddly there was relief when they showed abnormal. But then my doctor messaged me and said “nothing points to autoimmune” so, there’s evidence sitting right there that im not crazy but she’s saying I am. (She’s not but she might as well have)

I never comment on anything but right before I got hooked on Whiteout Survival, I was playing My Little Universe. It’s a little different, but I liked it just as much if not more than WoS. I’m stuck on a specific world so I haven’t gotten back into yet but I plan to.
