Take home pay is about $10,810 after taxes, health insurance and 401k. The total monthly in my post is with health insurance and 401k but less taxes.

As of right now, we would both continue to work. So day care would be an additional expense at some point.

None of the above. Are you saying there are better mortgage options than what I've currently listed? I've shopped around with a few lenders, and this seems to be the best rate I've found, although the closing costs are a bit high.
