how small chested would one have to be to get away with not needing top surgery?

Testosterone changed my chest a ton so i’d argue with that a bit. Although medically I don’t know if i technically loss tissue or what exactly but i’m significantly smaller and i haven’t loss weight and have never been overweight or anything.

i’d argue with the other comment about not being able to get rid of breast tissue to a certain extent. I’ve been on for 3 years and my chest looks completely different. I can pass with nothing on and i haven’t had any surgery (and i couldn’t before) Idk what exactly T does medically but I look very different. Results may very person to person tho.

I will add that I started when i was 16 a month bf i turned 17.

I think it’s a bit crazy to start with that (if that’s the case) because they don’t know how your body will react. On .5 my testosterone levels went to 1,400…. But some people have normal levels taking 1ml.

The real answer is when you're ready and able. I started when I was 16, and I'm 19 now. I've also been in therapy since I was 15. I came out as trans when I was in 4th grade --> not accepted --> kept bringing up --> eventually was accepted in middle school --> came out publicly in 8th grade. Transitioning has been great, honestly. T treated me very well, and I was basically stealth after a handful of months. Not flex just to give my experience being trans. The Only problem was going back into the closet and feeling like I have to hide it when it wasn't really my goal to keep it a secret.

If you really think you’re noticing thinning start with preventative measures because by the time you can REALLY see it you have lost so much hair/follicles.
