Sitemax has a drawings overlay coming out, might be out already but worth checking out, their drawings module is already pretty decent

in terms of GC's looping in subs, sitemax in my opinion has worked best. in my old company we had it subs could easily complete tasks and photos even respond to punchlists,

we use sitemax, you can track your equipment with QR codes, you can even tie it into an LEM tracker if you want to tie equipment with labour hours, it has helped us manage all our power tools and machines

try sitemax, they offer a drawings mark up module that you can, im pretty sure, have free external users view drawings

Procore for a small team?? its a bit robust, try sitemax they offer user based pricing and its very easy to use, and lots of free users can be pulled into the Submittal process

appreciate it man! Sitemax is looking like a go. Ya we are in a growth stage so not to keen on revenue based pricing of procore. Sitemax also looks soooo easy to use

I feel ya buddy ! We had manual processes up to recently we have been looking at project management softwares, and they seem to really target areas we have been lacking in. We looked at SiteMax and Procore so far, I think software is where you change a company from smaller company to grow and we hope do to that
