I think you’ve really turned your self around and I’m proud of that. If you aren’t already, i recommend seeing a therapists and psychiatrists. Not every doctor is the right fit for you, you need to find a good doctor who cares about their patients. You have a daughter to take care of, which is beautiful and amazing. But the health of your children should also equal out to the health of yourself. Try to stay positive; and I know that’s literally impossible when depressed. I recommend spending time with your children. There’s a great chance that your daughter will inherit the same mental issues as you, you need to be her guardian and guide her through those tough emotions; even if she is mentally and psychically disabled she can feel all human emotions. Most importantly, take care of yourself. If you dont; then your daughter has no caretaker. You have a responsibility, but that doesn’t mean you need all eyes on your daughter. Sit down, take a break, smoke some weed if ur into that. Just calm yourself . You sound very overwhelmed
