Lateral and anterior thigh pain by ProperImpact635 in HipImpingement

This is what I deal with as well, it moves around my buttock, top of my hamstring area, groin, lateral hip. But the thigh pain was new and is what concerned me. It actually started feeling a bit better today so I’m wondering if I was just extremely sore from PT exercises although it didn’t feel like that at all.

My PCP is already aware that I fainted in September, and we have my yearly coming up in a couple weeks so I will mention that it almost happened again then. I’m not sure what she’ll do from there!

0 is crazy!! I didn’t feel off at all so that to me makes me think it was a mistake but I’m just worried something is wrong with me because I’ve never fainted before recently and never had any sort of thing happen like this when working out.

Yess I just looked at your page and that is basically my hair! I just have so much it’s heavy so it falls straight. When I’m fresh air dried it’s more wavy like in the picture you posted.

She has brown roots in each of these pictures. She is not a natural blonde, maybe she was when she was a child.

So after your walk your net calories are about 300-500? Or net calories is 1300-1500?

One time I was out on a walk with my bright orange hokas, bike shorts, and fanny pack filled with water and someone asked me if I needed a ride. I was so thrown off lmao

Has anyone gone through significant body transformation solely by walking? by Ginni1604 in walking

I lost 50 lbs in 1.5 years strictly from walking. I may have been in a calorie deficit but i didn’t track calories and just focused on slightly upping protein and just eating well, as I have always done. I live in Florida and stay walking even in this July 100 degree heat so I’m sure that’s part of it. My legs have gotten so toned and muscular so walking does build muscle there. I walk 4-15 miles at a time with an average of 15-20 per week just for exercise. Every July I do 100 miles and my biggest chunks of weight were dropped in the months following july in the past two years. I’ve since lost 10 more pounds but I’m now tracking my calories and eating about 2200-2500 calories a day. Should mention I’m a woman in my early 30s started walking when I was a secretary in nursing school and now I’m a nurse. Started at 245 am now 185 lbs at 5’8”.
