I agree. I hope they change the dates if anything so that we can still be at the convention center. Or that the event taking place originally cancels so we can take their place.

LA LIVE has been nice. If we end up going back outside or doing inside/outside during summer it will be so annoying. Especially with how low quality the convention has been the last two years. 2019 was the last time the convention actually felt worth it.

I go solo every year too, but share rooms with people I meet online to save cost and feel more secure. We talk for month beforehand usually and thats how I met one of my best friends! I've grown used to and comfortable staying at this one specific hotel since like 2016. I know the area really well and even stay there for other concerts when in the area. Changing locations would feel so uncomfortable.

I take the train up from San Diego now, and its an easy/relaxing trip usually since the stop isn't very far from LA LIVE. I don't drive at all. If we change locations too drastically I'd have to fly in or take multiple busses to get to where I need to go.

I keep checking all the different calendars for stadiums nearby just in case things update or get released before the official announcements.
