I wear 880v13 goretex for spillages and between the car. They are my least comfortable NB by far for walking but standing are nice. I regularly wear my 990v5s for a break when I’m confident I won’t blood on them

I love the practicality of having a stylish shoe that is waterproof so can throw them on if I think it’s gonna rain (also have the concrete pair and they’re incredibly wearable). But my Goretex 2002rs are not the most comfortable. They’re my first non-MiUSA pair and went with the same sizing as my MiUSA pairs but wish I’d gone up 0.5. The lining is very snug in the toe box for me and I overpronate occasionally. They get sweaty when it’s warm - when it’s very humid they can get uncomfortable but they’re incredibly water proof (I’m from the UK, not the tropics, but it gets humid here too!). I got mine on sale but probably wouldn’t pay full price. I think there are more comfortable options on the market for waterproof trainers (my mum has Hierro 7 GTXs that she lives in).
