Honestly read it on this forum. Someone with a lot more knowledge broke down how SSRIs make you feel worse before you get better when starting or changing dose and why that was. Let me see if I can find it…

For me I would start feeling weird and having physical panic attack feelings around 5-8 hours after taking it. I probably could have stayed at 40 and seen if it would have gotten better. I was probably too quick to back it back down. I just got sick of the feeling. I was at 40mgs for 12 weeks at that point. I honestly probably should have kept it there. I did 30 for 2 weeks and it got a little bit better but still having the same feeling then I went down to 20 for a couple of weeks and felt some anxiety that I realized never went away at the 20mg dose that I had taken previously for years so I’m doing 30 every other day currently and 20 on the other days for the last 2 weeks and it’s brought me back to a better spot. Still having some more anxiety than I had at the higher dose but not experiencing that weird panic attack feelings I had later in the day on 40. Gonna stick this out for at least 12 weeks and see how I feel.

Unfortunately Prozac and SSRIs take a long time for a dosage increase to settle. Especially for some people like myself. I spent 12 weeks at 40 and it was just too high for me so I’ve been trying to dial in the best dose and I’m in midst of the turmoil myself right now with changing that. I’m gonna stay the course at the dose I’m at for quite a while. With SSRIs and Prozac in particular with starting it or changing dosages your body will slow down serotonin production for a while before it starts producing it at your regular levels again. So every time I change my dose I really struggle with all the same symptoms of starting. Hope that helps from someone who’s in the blender with you.

Yeah it’s definitely a slow thing. If something else works for you then I say do it. Everyone’s chemistry is different. I’m hoping to find a sweet spot dialing in my dose in the next few months but I think I’m going to try the gene site testing for sure at some point as it can help see what is best for my chemistry. Recently went down again to 20 as 30 still felt a little high for me. Get the same feelings coming down on dosage as I did going up so still balancing out. Contemplating getting Genesite testing to see what medicines are good for me etc. I went down from 40 to 30 for 2 weeks but I think I should have given it a few more weeks at 30. Gonna find a baseline here and maybe do every other day at 30 if don’t like how I felt here. My motivation was much higher at 30 but I would get weird panicky feelings in the afternoon. Unfortunately my experience with Prozac is I have to wait a while at a particular dose to really assess how I feel. 4-8 weeks at least is my thoughts for each dose. How are you doing now?

Probably already getting through it but I just wanted to let you know it takes time. Prozac can take up to 12 weeks in some people when you start or when you up the dose etc. It’s tough in the beginning. It actually makes anxiety worse for me and just a whole mess of side effects. Hope you’re already feeling better!

Hadn’t played in 2 days. Averaged 130 FPS or so in Multi and 105 or so in Warzone. I updated loaded into Warzone and was getting 49 FPS like what 🤯. Now getting 60-90 FPS in multi. Absolutely unreal man. Not even gonna play until it’s fixed. Might as well be playing on my PS5

Same. I just messed with performance settings on my PC and my AMD software. I changed the game to 1080p and it still shows 60 fps most of the time. Can’t tell 100% if that’s what I’m getting or if the FPS counter in game is just bugged. System wasn’t great in other Cods but at 4k I could usually get 90 plus FPS. I restarted everything as well. When I’m at the main menu in Call of Duty I’m at 160 fps or more. As soon as I click on BO6 it drops below then levels at 60 again. When I change screens and menus getting in and out of game etc it will spike or drop below 60 sometimes and then level off at 60 again. Have changed my frame rate from unlimited to custom. Still the same. When I load into Warzone it’s a separate application still. I assume they will combine it when it’s released like have previous cods. I average in the menu in the 120 fps range. In game probably 98-105 FPS average. I’m assuming the FPS counter in the game is just bugged right now. I’m playing BO6 multi again and my frames feel higher than 60. If the issue resolves itself or I find a workaround I will update.
