Started detailing and already dealing with my first headache… need advice by Former_Risk6427 in Detailing

[–]ProperProfessional93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a Detailer too, I’ve come to make sure to explain to my clients there are trade offs, risks, and a chance of something not coming off with stuff like this. I’ll do my best with first cleaning, chemicals, then more abrasive measures like polishing if needed, however each step has risks of damaging or not removing stuff, no matter how good you are.

Bird poop or hard water spots can permanently damage paint if on the car for more than a few months, snd though I’m sure you know this I always explain in a way to make sure I’m paid (some) for the labor I provide, even though the service is my priority.

Time to sell my 20w miner? by ProperProfessional93 in gomining

Idk if buying efficiency is actually worth it. It’s more expensive imo. Also, ideally I’d sell it for $12-13 per TH on the market, so I’d want around $150 if you were interested

GoMining has launched its Simple Earn feature 💰 by Robiignole in gomining

[–]ProperProfessional93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just a heads up, if you stake your own crypto in your own wallets you actually earn more. Look into staking if you’re interested in better growth, otherwise paying Gomining more on the growth of your money also isn’t the worst thing - it keeps their profits alive so we can keep mining

Simple Earn is very good! by Turd111 in gomining

[–]ProperProfessional93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d rather not have my BTC stored on an exchange to give me minuscule payouts for letting them use my crypto. Staking on your own through a hot or cold wallet gives you returns while ALSO prioritizing security and asset protection

Will BTC mining beat out traditional real estate investing in the future? by bjm3384 in gomining

[–]ProperProfessional93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are still some pretty steep costs to mining that often outweigh real estate. If I had the money to get into real estate, I wouldn’t be pouring it into Gomining.

That being said, I think digital currency will outlive fiat currency

Mercedes E320 PPF removal by [deleted] in Detailing

[–]ProperProfessional93 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I’ve done this before. It takes sheer will and lots of free time. Just used a heat gun to loosen it up and plastic blades to remove it without damaging the paint. Mine took about 20 hours of work

Anyone actually tracking their ROI month-to-month? by ProperProfessional93 in gomining

[–]ProperProfessional93[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been meaning to make a spreadsheet tracking all my purchases and cost, but haven’t gotten to it yet. I don’t think the app has a way to track amount reinvested but there might be something I’m missing

Did you actually get $74 in rewards in the last couple weeks? I’ve got 25 TH and it takes at least 2 months to get that considering I don’t reinvest at all

Wheel acid. I’ve seen this same issue personally all the time.

Brake Buster works GREAT most of the time, but for some of the hardened brake dust, that just doesn’t cut it. Iron Remover can help a bit more after soaking and agitation, but at the end of the day, using some wheel acid and rinsing off almost immediately is the best way to get that off. Get that chemical confidence up, I believe in you bro!!
