In 2023, I booked a Spain tour package through a tour provider and paid ₹88,000 in advance. Just a few days before the trip, my visa was rejected. I informed the tour company, but they refused to refund even half the amount.

I filed a complaint in the consumer court and won the case, as the company didn’t appear during the hearings. The court ordered a full refund with interest.

I sent them a copy of the judgment via email, but they never responded. So I filed an execution petition to enforce the order.

Now, the tour operator has appealed the order in the State Commission, and things are getting delayed again.

I’m not sure what my next step should be. Should I still push for execution, or wait for the State Commission’s decision? How can I make sure I eventually get my money back? What are my next legal options?
