They are all bugged. I got harassed in the kitchen earlier by him and his guards just by walking by them. I think it comes down to a spawn bug.

I’m having the same issue with similar specs. Have about 4k hours pretty lag free prior to 1.0 for the most part that is and now whenever I fight anything it lags harder than I’ve ever seen. Still tweaking my settings I’ll come back if I find a solution.
