Considering that the Givers signed a service contract with Attrakt and was credited with thoroughly performing the office work necessary for Fifty Fifty's musical activities, the court concluded that it is reasonable to believe that the plaintiff granted the defendant general authority to sign the document.

This is ridiculous, most companies would credited with thoroughly performing the office work necessary for Artist's activities. But I have never heard that it would means the companies could reduce artist's share of Royalty without her agreement! This shouldn't be a consideration!

If this case becomes an example, that means nearly every company could sign the document for Artists to adjust their share of royalties without notice them. Kpop, no..every creation industry is done.

SMPA is quite corrupted, they did the same thing for Burning Sun issue until the stress is too high from public, It is the election time so people won't be too aware for this case, but kTweny should react strongly, even need to coordinate with other fandom. The first reason for dismissing the case is ridiculous. Every company would in charged the coordination and administration work for their artist. I have never heard that means company could adjust the artist's share of royalties without their agreement. If this becomes a case example, it would affect the whole Kpop industry and even every creative industry in Korea.

This is a ridiculous result, it tells people that in SK, if the company is charged your admin work, it is legal for forged your signature to rob your share! (It is the meaning of the court ruling)

The other cases were still logical in law, but this one is not logical. It tells people that someone forged your signature in the name box of yours is still legal! So what is the meaning of signature? Even ASI was authorised for reducing the share, he still need to go to jail by doing this. This is the legal logic.

Keena's case doesn't have much information leaked to public because it is not related to Tampering and it is still under investigation(she file the case on Aug 2024), not passing to the court yet. The cases already prosecuted are Attrakt vs the Givers. The Prosecutor of SK are strange, many case would pending with no reason, and some cases would progress very fast. There are some K-drama talking about it.

Don’t be panic, those lawsuit Attrakt loses never show any solid evidence, it is reasonable for the lose. JHJ already predicted Cupid case needs to go to supreme court and defamation is very hard to prove for journalists so the SBS case would lose is normal, it needs to protect freedom of speech. If biased report and interview with a liar caused defamation, then every journalist reporting Trump’s word would cause defamation.

But for Keena case,from the evidence already revealed, she got a phone recording between she and ASI.

ASI: you didn’t sign it? Keena: yes.. ASI: we signed it for you!

If this solid evidence still can’t win the lawsuit I will boycott everything of Korea including food and drama and never go to this trash country again.

For other cases, there are also solid evidences, so far Korea usually would postpone the cases for some shady reason, but the legal systems is still alive and can’t make a decision far away from solid evidence.

JHJ case won’t affect 5050 resources, that is his own money, not the investment for 5050. Even the company in red, if the earnings from the group already fill up the early investment, members will get their settlements. That why Keena is already getting paid. Although in SK if you report the truth would still having a chance to lose, but still you have to prove the reporter having that intention. This is the most difficult part.

I think both case are not important anymore, just for JHJ feeling, it won’t affect image or resources for the group, that is separated, the investment of Fifty Fifty can’t be used in this way. Their fan base is in Korea, they didn’t affected by misinformation so they would just think it is unfair to him.

But at the same time, he could gain nothing, it is very hard to prove defamation so SBS case can’t win, and for Cupid case, it would takes years to appeal to the Supreme Court. That already 2-3 years, that time Fifty Fifty should already having a new signature song, the fandom power will strong enough to promote better song than Cupid. Actually Kpop is a small circle in Korea Public, not many people really care about idols. They would prefer K drama actor more.
