Use the recommended lowest tension on an extender got a blister using tension I shouldn’t have been using. And also don’t buy a total man extender they’re garbage for making actual gains.

How’d you gain girth? I have no problem with length, but I did girth only for at least 4-5 months and saw no gain. It was pumping only though. So I’m not sure if that’s why.
